We're a Chandigarh-based property consultancy, design studio and construction company, working as one team so nothing gets lost between the three.
Our Story
Three businesses that kept ending up on the same job site.
Garg Real Estate & Interiors started as a small property dealing office in Chandigarh. Within a few years, we noticed the same pattern on almost every deal: the client would buy a plot through us, then hire a separate designer, then a separate contractor — and spend the next year mediating between all three.
So we built the other two capabilities in-house. Today we operate as a single company across real estate advisory, interior design and construction, serving home buyers, property investors, homeowners and business owners across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur.
We're still a mid-sized, founder-led company — not a franchise — which is why every project gets direct oversight from someone who's accountable for the outcome.
